1. What's your MOQ? 

A:Small order can be supported if we have in stock. 

The MOQ for OEM order is 1000PCS for OEM brand .  

 

2. Are you a manufacturer or trade company? 

A: In our 6000 square meters size and completely equipped factory , there are 4 well equipped production lines . We have more than 100 skilled and experiences workers .  The daily production capacity is up to 5-8K pcs . Besides , we have a professional R&D team for original and creative new product designs which including ID engineers , 3D engineers , electronics engineers , acoustic engineers , graphics designers, and more .  

 

3. Can you offer samples for testing? 

A: Sure,samples are available and delivery time usually 2-3 days. Customized order samples which based on our products will take 5-10 days.  Proofing time of special and complex samples depends on the actual situation. 

 

4. About the sample fee: 

1) If you need samples for quality check,sample fees and shipping fees should be charged from buyer's aside.

2) Free sample are available when order confirmed. 

3) Most of the sample fees can be returned to you when order confirmed. 

 

5. How can you control of product quality?

A:We implement strict quality control at every production stage, from raw material inspection to final product testing.  Our quality control team uses advanced testing equipment and adheres to international quality standards to ensure consistent product excellence. 

 

6. Do you offer warranty? 

A:All products have 12 months warranty.Once there is any defective goods within 12 months, we will repair or give you a new one.
