Warranty Period: All headphones come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product has non-human-caused quality issues, we will provide free replacement services.
Defect Rate & Spare Units Guarantee: Our factory strictly controls the product defect rate to within 0.3%. To address potential quality concerns promptly, we also prepare spare units corresponding to this 0.3% ratio for timely replacement needs.
Repair Support: In addition to replacements, we also offer repair services for the headphones by providing relevant parts, ensuring that your product can be restored to normal use as much as possible when applicable.
